Hi and welcome! My name is Dana Marie Perez hence, DMarieFitness and I believe that fitness is not just a hobby, but a way of life. As someone who has always been active, there came a time in my life when what I was doing in the gym, just wasn't enough. I couldn't eat whatever I wanted despite how active I was, and it really irritated me! Why was I not seeing results when I clearly was putting in the work? Well, long story short, I knew nothing about nutrition. It wasn't until I turned 30 that I knew I needed to change something, because just going to the gym 3-4 days a week wasn't cutting it.
